It was pretty cool to see a lot of their little bones and various little organs close up. They measured things I never knew they could measure! They measured their little hearts, kidneys, and even the valves in their little pea brains. It was really pretty cool, and guess who was not wanting to sit still again, you guessed it, miss “B”. The nurse couldn’t even get her heart rate measured. After several tries, she gave up and just measured something close. These are videos this time, so enjoy!! Just click the play button on the video to get them fired up! We left out a lot of the boring measuring stuff…let us know what you think. Also, baby “B” gave us a cool little scary face later in the ultrasounds as well. Check it out, it’s the last video. We might be in trouble with her!

They were fairly calm on this visit. Much more so than the last couple of visits. We did get to see a little incident between the girls. Baby B, who’s always front and center, was not the focus of attention this time, and she didn’t really like it. While we were watching Baby A, Baby B decided to try and infiltrate the picture and starting cramping Baby A’s area. Baby A decided she’d had enough and starting pushing back and kicking Baby B. Nice! It’s already starting!!

I couldn’t believe my ears! I couldn’t have imagined in my wildest dreams that I would have ever heard those words, especially at this time in our lives. “You’re having twins!”….wow! Monica said “are you kidding me??”, and I didn’t say anything. I was speechless to say the least. I did say “I gotta see this!” and proceeded to the ultrasound. And sure enough, there it was, 2 little heartbeats. We had no idea what they were yet, but we would soon enough!!

I’m thinking our lives will never be the same!!
